Job summary

Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Arkansas in patient access and reimbursement strategy for the Bone Health portfolio. You will lead payer education, assist providers, and drive collaboration with HUB and cross-functional teams.

Role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of private/public payer landscapes, PHI considerations, and participation in prior authorizations processes. Travel up to 40% with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in relevant field and leadership experience.
• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong reimbursement knowledge and billing/process experience.
• Experience managing people or leading teams/projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for patient access and reimbursement.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage changes.
• Coordinate with HUB and other departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Support patient-level reimbursement issue resolution including PHI considerations.
