Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role covering Orange County, CA. The FRM will educate healthcare providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and payer processes while collaborating with sales and medical teams to optimize patient access.

You will travel up to 50% to educate and support providers, manage access challenges, and ensure adherence to high ethical standards. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/MPH is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• MBA/MPH is a plus.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, and billing processes.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Travel up to 50% to meet healthcare providers and support hub services.
