Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and issue resolution with healthcare providers for patient access to Immunology therapies. This field-based role will be based in Youngstown, OH, with up to 50% on-site activity across the territory including Erie PA and Grove City PA.

Responsibilities include educating on coverage and prior authorizations, collaborating with sales and support teams, and building strong payer relationships. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, buy-and-bill, coding, and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, and payer processes.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support with creative problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of coverage, coding, and payer dynamics.
