Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration ideal.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider setting.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, prior authorization, coding, appeals).
• Ability to build relationships across a matrix organization.
• Problem-solving to navigate access scenarios and identify solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; patient hub experience helpful.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record; permanent territory residence.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions and address access barriers.
• Use data and account management to address affordability issues.
• Travel up to 75% to engage with providers and offices.
• Build trusted relationships and manage territory logistics and planning.
• Stay current on coverage, market dynamics, and payer policies.
• Coordinate with PECS and other departments on education and insights.
