Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, access support, and issue resolution for HCPs regarding J&J Immunology therapies in the Orange County, CA area.

The FRM will spend up to 50% of time on-site with providers, partnering with field teams to address reimbursement challenges and improve patient access. A strong background in payer policies and buy-and-bill is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in provider offices with reimbursement or account management.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, and billing.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals processes).
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Problem-solving ability to navigate challenging access scenarios and identifies solutions.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver’s license and up to 50% travel.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers in assigned Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of coverage and coding requirements at multiple levels.
• Grow hub and distribution knowledge to support patient needs.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments on education and insights across payer types.
