Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) PECS is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate providers, resolve access issues, and support patient enrollment in Janssen therapies. This field-based role covers Orange County, CA, with up to 50% travel to sites of care and HUB services coordination.

You will partner with marketing, sales, medical science, and other departments to ensure compliant, effective patient access and reimbursement strategies across multiple payer types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably healthcare or business/public administration). An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits, coding, and billing.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes and coding.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Engage with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and problem-solving.
