Boost Home Healthcare - North Shore (MA) is seeking a Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) to administer skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under physician orders.

You will evaluate nursing needs, initiate plans of care, and maintain timely progress notes. The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of home health experience; compensation ranges from $40.00 to $47.00 per hour with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Preferably resides in Strongsville, Brook Park, Parma, Seven Hills, or Independence area.

Responsibilities

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.
