Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare - North Shore (MA) is seeking a Field Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, per physician orders and plan of care under the Director of Patient Care Services. The role requires an RN licensed in the posting state, with at least one year of home health experience, current BLS, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences.

What You’ll Be Doing
