Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs and influencing across the organization.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
• Knowledge of chillers, cooler units, and fan controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography including support for operations, field maintenance, and food safety partners.
• Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously and influence relationships at all organization levels.
• Oversee the maintenance acceptance of part of commissioning large-scale, complex projects.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance leadership and operations teams.
• Be involved in design review with guidance on equipment standardization procurement to leverage scale and cost savings as we expand the business.
