Job summary

Amazon seeks a technically skilled professional to provide field support for refrigeration sites across North America. You will manage multiple programs, influence decisions at all levels, and oversee parts of large-scale commissioning projects.

You will lead facilities maintenance teams, contribute to design reviews for equipment standardization, and travel up to 50% to support sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs and driving complex activities.
• Knowledge of Refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical room infrastructure such as chillers and fan controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence relationships at all levels.
• Oversee maintenance acceptance of part of commissioning large-scale projects.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance teams.
• Contribute to design review process and equipment standardization across NA.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
