Job summary

Amazon seeks a technical program manager to provide field support for refrigeration sites across North America. You will lead multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and mentor maintenance teams while assisting in design reviews and equipment standardization to leverage scale and cost savings.

The role requires strong refrigeration knowledge, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs, with time-management and impact skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and associated equipment (compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, controllers, piping).
• Knowledge of generic mechanical room infrastructure (chillers, cooler units, fan controls).

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography including operations, field maintenance, and food safety partners.
• Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously and influence relationships at all levels.
• Oversee commissioning-related maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance leadership and operations teams.
• Contribute to design reviews across the North American market and advise on equipment standardization and procurement to improve scale and cost savings.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
