Wayne Farms is seeking an hourly Recruiting Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates to job offers. The role emphasizes high-volume hourly recruiting, collaboration with production leadership, and maintaining compliant hiring practices.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in staffing, experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred), and strong organizational skills to handle multiple postings and interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of staffing and recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hourly recruiting and compliance (EEO).
• Experience with ATS systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal; multilingual abilities a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruiting process from sourcing through offer; schedule interviews with production leadership.
• Oversee Job Preview process to ensure candidates understand duties and environment.
• Initiate offers and ensure proper signature in Workday or manually.
• Coordinate background screening and start date for cleared candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking in Workday; keep records up-to-date and accurate.
