Job summary

Whizz in New York is seeking a Field Recovery Agent to retrieve e-bikes from debtors, coordinate with law enforcement if needed, and maintain accurate records in CRM.

You will travel across New York, use Google Sheets/Excel and Notion for task tracking, and communicate clearly with customers about balances and recoveries. Car ownership is preferred.

This 1099 role offers gas and toll compensation and the opportunity to support a fast-growing, mission-driven delivery network.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.
• Ability to work in various parts of New York and travel within the state for day trips.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e‑bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of New York, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

1099 contract

Pay

$20 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.
