Job summary

Whizz, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Field Recovery Agent to conduct round trips to collect electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors, while maintaining professional communication and using CRM tools.

This 1099 role favors candidates with security or law enforcement experience, a reliable car, strong organization and multitasking, and willingness to travel across DC and surrounding areas for day trips.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or related field
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers
• Willingness to work in various parts of Washington, DC, travel within the state and other cities for day trips

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers
• Willingness to work in various parts of Washington, DC, travel within the state and other cities for day trips

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred

Benefits

• Type of Employment: 1099 contract
• Pay: $20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.
• Benefits: Gas and toll compensation.
