Job summary

Whizz Inc in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Field Recovery Agent to retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds while maintaining professional communication with debtors and coordinating with internal teams.

This role requires a background in security or law enforcement, car ownership, and willingness to travel across Philadelphia and nearby cities. You will use CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, and Notion to track recoveries.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement strongly preferred.
• Must own a car and be willing to use it for the job.
• Experience with debt collection or asset recovery is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors about outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Work with law enforcement when needed to resolve cases.
• Travel within Philadelphia, PA and other cities for day trips.
• Maintain multitasking, attention to detail, and organization.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Philadelphia, PA, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.
