Job summary

Whizz is redefining the delivery landscape by providing high-speed electric bikes to drivers, enabling smoother and faster deliveries. The company seeks a Field Recovery Agent to retrieve e-bikes and mopeds from debtors and ensure timely collections with professional conduct.

The role requires coordination with law enforcement, strong organizational skills, and comfort with rapid shifts in location, including travel across New York.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or related field.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and changing environments.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for job.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Travel and work across New York state and other cities for day trips.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departmentsAbility to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers
• Willingness to work in various parts of New York, travel within the state and other cities for day trips

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred

Benefits

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $20 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.
