Job summary

Whizz is building a fast, electric-bike powered delivery network in Washington, DC. We are seeking a Field Recovery Agent to recover ebikes from debtors and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

As a 1099 contractor, you will travel across Washington, DC and neighboring areas, using your own vehicle, CRM tools, and Notion to document each recovery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply today.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors about balances and collections.
• Use CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion to manage tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Communicate with law enforcement when required.
• Travel across Washington, DC and surrounding cities for day trips.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Washington, DC, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Benefits

Type of Employment : 1099 contract

Pay: $20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.
