Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to manage customer accounts and deploy radar systems across military, DHS, and allied locations. You will work with product, engineering, sales, and logistics to tailor solutions to each mission.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem solving, and travel up to 75%. You will gather user feedback, coordinate field deployments, and ensure operators can use the system effectively under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager / on-site lead with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers to deploy radar and sensor capabilities across multiple locations.
• Lead a small team of engineers through site standups from radar integration to operational acceptance, interfacing with end-users.
• Monitor radar system performance, network connectivity, sensor fusion, and C2 interfaces at distributed sites.
