Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Chief Engineer or equivalent roles for radar or RF sensors
• Deep understanding of radar system design and state‑of‑the‑art radar tech
• Experience shaping tech roadmaps and strategic pursuits
• Able to travel ~30% for collaboration and customer engagements
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners to define radar product needs.
• Drive architecture and product development strategies through technical tradeoffs and opportunities.
• Define and communicate the product strategy and development roadmap to win in the marketplace.
• Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and delivery with engineering teams.
