Job summary

Qualifications

Staff or Principal-level technical leadership in radar systems.
Deep expertise in airborne radar systems engineering and software architecture.
Experience with DSP, digital beamforming, and AESA technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and mode development for airborne radar across platforms.
Develop radar processing algorithms with focus on DSP and waveform design.
Drive end-to-end radar system design from concept to deployment.
Provide technical leadership in software development for radar modes and real-time processing.
Engage with government customers to translate mission needs into requirements.
Mentor team members in radar theory and systems engineering.
Contribute to strategic development roadmaps for airborne capabilities.
