Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior radar systems leader to drive architecture and mode development for airborne radar across manned and unmanned platforms. You will develop advanced radar processing algorithms (DSP) and guide end-to-end system design, from concept through deployment, aligning with mission needs and operational requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in leadership on airborne radar programs, expertise in software architecture, DSP, and electronic protection.

Qualifications

12+ years in a staff or principal-level role for airborne radar systems.
Deep expertise in airborne radar engineering, mode development, and software architecture.
Strong background in DSP, digital signal processing, and electronic protection.
End-to-end radar experience across hardware, software, and deployment.
Ability to translate mission needs into technical requirements with customers.
Operational experience fielding systems in real-world environments and security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead systems architecture and mode development for airborne radar across platforms.
Develop and implement radar processing algorithms with focus on DSP and protection techniques.
Drive end-to-end radar system design from concept to deployment.
Design RF sensing modes including SAR, ISAR, GMTI, and air-to-air tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectures and ops concepts.
Engage with government customers to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
Mentor team members in radar theory, systems engineering, and best practices.
