Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer to own stakeholder engagement, product definition, technical roadmap planning, and design and development approach for radar products. Collaborate with the head of radar, engineering leads, and customers to define offerings and guide development end-to-end.

You will steer radar architecture, define strategies, and orchestrate deployment from concept to fielded systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining security clearances

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Chief Engineer or equivalent leadership roles for RF/radar systems.
• Understanding of radar system design and state-of-the-art radar technologies for defense missions.
• Ability to work with internal/external stakeholders across technical domains.
• Experience shaping strategic pursuits and developing technology roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in design and development of radar or RF systems from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and customer stakeholders to gather insights and secure buy-in for the radar product.
• Technical ownership: Drive radar architecture and product development strategies with tradeoffs and opportunities for innovation.
• Product Strategy: Define a strategy and roadmap to deliver differentiated radar products and communicate the plan."
• Tactical Execution: Organize and prioritize engineering efforts, lead prototyping, development, and deployment.
