Job summary

Caliber Service Center is seeking a Quality Technical Coach to oversee vehicle repairs and restorations to OEM specifications. You will mentor technicians, ensure use of original manufacturer parts, and support program compliance across OE enrolled centers.

This role requires hands-on experience across non-structural and structural work, proficiency with repair equipment and diagnostic tools, and the ability to lead training, audits, and performance reporting. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Non-Structural and Structural technician.
• Proficiency in using collision repair equipment and diagnostic instruments.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Maintain or acquire I-CAR Structural Platinum certification.
• Basic working knowledge of CCC One, Estimating Systems and Alldata.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor repair technicians, estimators, and management to Caliber quality standards.
• Use 3rd party software to file reports regarding accurate completion of repair to OE standards.
• Follow up with center teammates regarding repairs in person or through conference calls.
• Recommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviews.
• Partner with executive team and field leadership for alignment and improvement.
• Complete facility inspections and submit reports with photos and tool/equipment recommendations.
• Review reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability.
• Create actionable plans to improve processes and deliverables.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
