Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Quality Technical Coach to mentor technicians and oversee OEM-compliant repairs across our centers. You will ensure safety, quality, and OEM adherence while guiding training and reporting. You’ll coordinate with the OE Certification Team and center leadership to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires deep hands-on repair experience, strong diagnostic and software skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% to support multiple centers nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as a Non-Structural and Structural technician.
  • Proficiency in collision repair equipment and diagnostic instruments.
  • Knowledge of CCC One, Estimating Systems and Alldata.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor repair technicians, estimators and management to Caliber quality standards.
  • Use third-party software to file reports ensuring OE standards compliance.
  • Coordinate training and align with executive leadership on center objectives.
  • Take and submit photos of shop, tools, and equipment for reports.
  • Review performance data and enforce processes for continuous improvement.
