ABB is seeking a Quality & Operational Excellence Leader to drive the local quality strategy in the Houston area. You will strengthen quality culture, systems, tools, and capabilities to meet and exceed customer expectations, champion prevention and continuous improvement, and lead root cause analysis with preventive actions.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams, monitor quality metrics, and help advance world-class performance while working with customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of prior quality engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and drawings.
• Experience with NCR/SCAR and corrective-action processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
