Job summary

ABB is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in Lancaster, TX. You will lead quality-center operations, manage SAP and Salesforce data, and evaluate returned products for conformance.

You will coordinate cross-functional actions to improve performance and customer satisfaction, while driving lean improvements and accurate reporting. We require a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing or warehousing, plus strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
• Strong teamwork and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive warehouse quality center operational efficiency and lean improvements.
• Evaluate functionality of returned products based on specs and procedures.
• Maintain data in SAP and Salesforce accurately.
• Ensure quality control of system processing and product testing.
• Coordinate in customer complaints and drive root-cause actions.
• Monitor metrics, drive improvements, and reduce waste.
• Oversee RGA, unauthorized returns, and damage management.
