Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help drive operational quality and lean improvements in a onsite Lancaster, TX facility. You will ensure data accuracy in SAP and Salesforce, support root-cause analysis for customer issues, and track key metrics to reduce waste and improve performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage RGA, unauthorized returns, and damage processes, while upholding regulatory compliance for low voltage products and delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiar with low voltage products devices and regulations (IEC/UL/CCC/CSA).
• Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive warehouse quality center operational efficiency and lean improvements.
• Maintain complete and accurate data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Coordinate in customer complaints to analyze root cause and take corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor key metrics to reveal inefficiencies and drive improvement actions to reduce waste.
• Oversee RGA, unauthorized return, and damage management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
