Job summary

FieldCore seeks a Field Quality Manager II to drive quality improvements across regional operations and service lines, ensuring a culture of quality in delivery of our services.

The role leads Quality Planning, Assurance, Control, and Improvement, driving non-conformances to resolution and embedding lessons learned for future projects. Strong leadership and English proficiency required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in engineering or equivalent experience in field service or quality roles.
• Strong leadership and customer orientation with proven change-management abilities.
• Experience implementing and influencing quality metrics and QA/QC programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong Quality leadership in support of business goals and objectives.
• Lead Quality for all customer work, FieldCore staff, and related facilities.
• Drive the deployment of Quality Management System and audit plans.
