Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Quality Manager to lead commercial account relationships, support field operations, and develop Quality Technicians. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional service.

You will supervise Quality Technicians, coordinate audits, and partner with branch leadership to drive improvement and client satisfaction across our pest management programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate documents clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and Commercial Applicator License as required in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial branch accounts and oversee service.
• Support field technicians with guidance and issue resolution.
• Conduct proactive client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead quality audits, ride-alongs, and SOP compliance checks.
• Directly supervise Quality Technicians and support performance development.
