Braman Termite & Pest Elimination in MA is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to lead a team of Service Professionals and ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient operations in field work. You will coach staff, oversee scheduling, handle timesheets, perform occasional technical service, and support client audits.

A MA CAT 41 Supervisory License is required, along with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pest control experience is required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in pest control preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to perform occasional hands-on technical service work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Professionals.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage for uninterrupted service.
• Review weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff.
• Perform pest inspections and treatments as needed to support the team.
