Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead and support our field team from the Waltham office, covering parts of Boston, north to Newburyport, and west to Framingham. The role blends leadership, operations, and hands-on pest control work, with a company vehicle provided.

Ideal candidates have pest control experience and at least two years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Pest control experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Service Professionals in the field.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service coverage.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support your team as needed.
• Perform inspections and treatments when necessary.
• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
