Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Professionals in our Northeast operation. You’ll drive quality service, safety compliance, and operational efficiency while performing occasional hands-on pest control work.

Ideal candidates have pest control experience, at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to perform field service as needed.

Qualifications

• Pest control experience is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform technical service work in the field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Safe driver with a valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate Service Professionals through regular field engagement.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Review timesheets and coordinate with office staff.
• Perform pest inspections and treatments to support service quality.
• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and safety checks.
• Adjust routes and resources based on business needs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
