Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Quality Manager I to own the project quality program on a single site under a senior manager. You will maintain the ITP, schedule tests, witness field and lab work, and draft daily QC reports, while tracking nonconformances to closure.

The role advances a field inspector/technician toward a managerial position, with sponsored training and progression to Quality Manager II as you lead larger programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or related QC roles.
• Ability to read and translate specs/drawings into a test schedule.
• Direct, organized communicator capable of flagging nonconformances to superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project inspection and test plan (ITP) and testing frequency.
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests.
• Verify certifications of technicians and keep audit-ready files.
