Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager and field QA/QC staff on solar and energy storage projects. You will help ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality procedures in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities include supporting audits, inspections, and corrective actions, coordinating with subcontractors, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and timely issue resolution across teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC experience on large commercial, multi‑disciplined, industrial, utility, civil, highway/road, high voltage electrical, solar, or wind energy projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control is preferred.
• Proven auditing experience and working knowledge of ISO Quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Advocacy: Promote company policies and represent the company professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Field Support: Assist the Quality Manager and Lead Superintendent to address field QA/QC needs.
• Quality Assurance: Help assess the quality of work and track corrective actions to comply with quality policies.
• Performance Improvement: Promote quality achievement and continuous improvement on the project.
• Inspection and Testing: Support audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities as per the quality program.
• Project Oversight: Help manage the Quality program for solar energy projects including HV electrical works and solar arrays.
