Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a SBU Field Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements across equipment platforms. You will lead field and customer interactions, coordinate with technical support, field teams, and manufacturing to define fixes and build a robust project pipeline that reduces cost of quality and improves the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in quality or quality engineering in a design, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and knowledge in APQP, DFMEA, PPAP.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and visual management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Field Quality leadership across assigned products to reduce cost of quality.
• Interact with customers, conduct root cause analysis, and prioritize improvements.
• Develop a defined project pipeline and track progress to deliver quality improvements.
• Facilitate and communicate quality progress to cross-functional teams.
