Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or related discipline.
• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with some peaks.
• Proactive, team-oriented change agent with lean experience.
• Experience with quality tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Field Quality leadership across product families to improve customer quality experience.
• Analyze and report quality opportunities; support project formation and resourcing.
• Interact with customers, perform site visits, investigate root causes and quantify benefits.
• Collaborate with field and product teams to define fixes and improvements.
• Develop a defined pipeline of quality improvement projects with clear priorities.
• Understand customer perception of equipment performance and CTQ elements.
• Deliver data-driven insights to drive supplier, reliability, and process improvements.
