Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality excellence across sheet metal and coil manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and ensure products meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, CAPA, and the use of quality tools (A3 PST, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, SPC, PFMEA, MSA) to improve processes and compliance with QA systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality excellence across sheet metal and coil manufacturing operations.
• Analyze quality performance data and lead root cause investigations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and participate in audits.
• Prepare and present quality reports and status updates to management and customers.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
