Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electricity, Chemical, or Materials engineering or relevant technical field.
• Strong communication and professional attitude with customers.
• Field experience in Energy Storage Systems or related energy sectors preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lb and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate troubleshooting guidance and define action plans for field issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Visit customer sites for on-site support, inspect defective products, and manage urgent issues.
• Lead diagnostic testing strategies with analytics teams to resolve field failures quickly.
• Report field activity to Global HQ and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, including approvals and tracking.
• Provide technical training at the RMA center and manage inventory for complete products/solutions.
• Contribute technical expertise during and after installation for commissioning support.
• Offer ongoing technical support during operation, including data analysis and maintenance guidance.
