Job summary

You will examine failed cells/modules/packs, analyze data, and develop corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and QA teams. Responsibilities include designing tests, validating hypotheses, and documenting findings in technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into battery failures using analytical testing and lab experiments.
• Examine failed cells/modules/packs via visual inspection, NDT, and materials analysis to identify failure modes.
• Analyze voltage/current profiles, temperatures, and environmental data to determine root causes.
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and simulate failures.
• Document findings in comprehensive technical reports and present to cross-functional teams.
