Job summary

LeafHome is seeking a Quality Control Field Specialist to oversee quality across warehouse and field installation operations. You will own QC programs, inspection frameworks, reporting, and corrective actions to ensure installations meet standards and safety requirements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Installation, and Sales leadership to reduce rework, improve installer performance, and deliver consistent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in installation or quality control required.
• Associate’s degree or related vocational education acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain QC standards across warehouse and field ops.
• Conduct inspections; analyze findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead non-conformance management and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Installation and QC leadership to improve quality.
• Evaluate installer performance using inspection data and feed back.
• Develop and support quality-focused training for installers.
• Monitor quality metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Ensure procedures align with safety standards and policies.
