Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a proactive Provider Engagement Specialist for the San Antonio market. This field-based role involves visiting provider offices across San Antonio, Bexar County, and nearby areas to present performance insights and educate providers on Alignment programs.

The role requires strong relationship-building, scheduling autonomy, and regular in-person provider meetings. You will travel 80% of the time, with initial training in El Paso, TX, and occasional travel for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of provider relations experience or equivalent.
• BA/BS or equivalent education/experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with providers and staff to support growth, retention, and performance improvement.
• Partner with providers to improve KPIs including growth, retention, AWVs, HEDIS gap closures, and utilization.
• Conduct provider onboarding and ongoing education on Alignment tools, programs, and incentives.
