Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience adjusting property claims (homeowners).
• Experience with Xactimate and automated claim systems.
• Ability to inspect roofs and other property, including ladder work.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, investigate, evaluate, and settle property claims from inception to close.
• Provide excellent and prompt customer service and responses; explain policy coverage and claim processes.
• Follow company claim procedures and regulatory requirements; maintain professional conduct.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
