Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of related property claims experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and ability to write estimates.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims by phone and in person.
• Determine policy coverages and apply claims practices.
• Open/close and adjust reserves per policy and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, guidelines and changes.
• Provide excellent customer service to Nationwide customers.
