Job summary

GOJO Industries is seeking a Field Project Specialist to execute pre-installation site assessments for dispensing systems and provide post-installation support. You will build relationships with customer champions, collaborate with Field Ops and cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert during sales calls and service visits.

The role is mostly virtual with less than 10% on-site work and requires overnight travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

Four year technical degree or equivalent education/experience.
Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.
Project management certification a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Execute pre-installation site assessments for dispensing systems.
Provide quality assessment, technical troubleshooting, and post-installation support.
Build relationships with project champions at customer facilities.
Collaborate with Field Operations and cross-functional teams.
Support sales and service teams as subject matter expert.
Coordinate with installation partners to ensure successful deployments.
Maintain timely communication and complete scorecards as needed.
