Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to lead hands-on installation, configuration, and validation of equipment at client sites. You will troubleshoot in real time, perform testing, and ensure all work aligns with SOPs and safety standards.

This role requires frequent travel (75–100%), independence, and the ability to document service activities. You will interact with clients, provide basic training, and report on-site progress to project teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on field service, installation, or technical experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical/technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
• Experience following structured SOPs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of equipment and systems.
• Execute troubleshooting and repairs to resolve technical issues in real time.
• Conduct testing and validation to confirm system functionality post-install.
• Complete service documentation and reporting for each installation.
• Travel 75–100% and support multiple sites as required.
