Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day field operations for Home Energy Solutions. You will coordinate installation progress, material deliveries, and punch list follow‑ups, while maintaining accurate updates in CRM and internal systems.

The role requires reading Solar plan sets, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience is required.
• Experience with CRM, Solar Proposal Tools, Zoom Contact Center, and MS365 workspace is required.
• Ability to read Solar Plan Sets and maintain high attention to detail is essential.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders about project status and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily updates across field operations including installation progress and deliveries.
• Keep CRM and operational systems up to date with project status.
• Coordinate with Construction Coordination and Scheduling teams for alignment on field activity.
• Provide admin support to Field Construction Management and resolve field issues.
• Track post-construction punch lists and drive customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery of branded clothing and materials to installation partners.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and exceptions to internal stakeholders.
