Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years in construction/project management and solar/storage ops.
• Strong understanding of PV/ESS system designs and equipment specs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; results driven in high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and expectations for New Homes Ops & Maintenance.
• Oversee case intake, dispatch, billing, and data for process improvement.
• Design protocols for field service installers and CRM training.
• Manage case intake from tech support, customer care, homeowner, builder, or other reporting entity.
• Evaluate case details and data to classify issues and trigger next steps to resolution.
• Generate work orders and trigger dispatch if field visits are required.
• Maintain accurate case notes and data entry with time-stamped updates.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to provide timely updates to homeowners.
• Participate in Field Service Installer onboarding to expand the provider network.
• Track RMA volume and cost metrics with Supply Chain & Eco Recycle.
• Design cost-reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Build data reports and dashboards for leadership insight.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
