Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction and restoration projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will apply solid PM practices, review blueprints, manage change orders, and maintain strong client communications.

Responsibilities include supervising multiple crews, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and BELFOR standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage construction projects and coordinate crews.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to review blueprints and manage large projects >$1M.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track -- understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure safety and quality.
• Develop core project management capabilities including time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders.
• Advance knowledge of construction practices and stay updated on codes and regulations.
• Review daily project requirements, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for BELFOR projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors and guide them through qualification process.
• Manage fixed bid and rate/material projects and assist in restoration planning.
• Understand BELFOR invoicing and provide necessary documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Meet BELFOR standards for safeguarding property and customer service.
• Work under time constraints and be prepared for nights, weekends and travel as needed.
• Report time worked and materials used accurately and timely.
• Attend BELFOR training courses as required.
