Utilities One Group is seeking a qualified Field Project Manager for site-based leadership in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will oversee daily field execution, vendor oversight, and coordination to ensure safe, efficient project delivery in telecom, power, water, and data center sectors.

As the on-site leader, you will bridge field teams with management and external stakeholders, enforce safety, manage permits, and ensure compliance with plans and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsabilités

• Review assigned projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Conduct pre-construction walkouts with vendors and internal teams.
• Verify locate ticket status and ensure valid locates are in place prior to excavation.
• Issue required 48-hour notices.
• Coordinate specialty services and permits before work begins.
• Identify field conflicts early and coordinate resolutions with engineering.
