Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a local Field Project Manager in Clearwater, FL to lead daily field execution, vendor oversight, and coordination across construction projects. You will bridge field teams with management and clients to ensure safe, efficient work aligned with approved plans.

The role requires strong field leadership, troubleshooting, and adherence to standards, with a focus on timely project delivery and on-site performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction.
• Able to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and productivity on assigned projects.
• Coordinate field crews, vendors, and management to follow plans.
• Ensure safety, permits, and quality standards are met on-site.
• Review site conditions, plan sequencing, and resolve field conflicts.
• Maintain accurate reporting and field documentation.
